FAQ #1: When can I begin my training?
Start as soon as you get your confirmation email. Create your login at checkout, then follow the link to your dashboard and begin your CASAC-T training right away.
FAQ #2: Do I get my CASAC as soon as I complete 350 hours of education and training?
No, completing the 350-hour training does not make you a CASAC. You’ll submit your certificate to OASAS to receive your CASAC-T. Then, you’ll need to complete two final steps:
- 6,000 internship hours
- Pass the IC&RC Certification Exam
FAQ #3: What is the tuition cost?
Our training cost $4750.00. This includes all training materials, training platforms, and certificates. It doesn’t include a computer, tablet or pad, or other mobile devices and internet connections.
FAQ #4: Are these substance use counselor courses approved by NAADAC?
Yes, our drug and alcohol counselor training is NAADAC-approved. We’ve completed their full certification process. Provider #254148.
FAQ #5: Can I use these courses for CASAC Renewal Clock Hours?
Yes, you can complete all 60 CASAC renewal clock hours online—anytime, anywhere. Study from home, your favorite café, or even during work breaks.

FAQ #6: How do I get started?
Start by selecting the Payment Tier that works best for you. Then, complete the registration form and submit your payment.
Within an hour or less, you’ll receive an email from Kajabi with your login details. From there, you can jump right into your CASAC training.
FAQ #7: Is Educational Enhancement approved by OASAS?
Educational Enhancement was founded in 2002. We offer self-study educational and training programs approved by NYS OASAS (Office of Addiction Supports and Services). Our OASAS provider number is #0415.
FAQ #8: What is CASAC 350 Hour HYBRID training?
Sections 1 and 2 of our training are fully self-paced, so you can study on your own schedule.
Sections 3 and 4 include live virtual seminars held on Saturdays and Sundays. You’ll receive the full schedule and course materials by email after purchase.
We’re working on adding weekday sessions to fit your availability better.

FAQ #9: Do I have to compete a certain amount of coursework before I can take virtual trainings?
No, you don’t have to wait. Once you register and purchase the 350-hour Hybrid training, you can start the virtual sessions right away.
If you sign up between Sunday and Friday evening, you can begin virtual training that same Saturday.
These live, instructor-led sessions are standalone trainings designed to help you build clinical skills alongside your peers.
FAQ #10: Do I have to attend the virtual trainings as soon as I start or can I wait?
You can choose when to start the virtual training—our program gives you full control over when and where you study.
That said, the sooner you begin, the sooner you’ll earn your 350-hour certificate and start working in the field—which is the ultimate goal.
We understand life gets busy, so missing a Saturday or Sunday session is okay. You’ll track your progress through our platform, and we’ll keep you updated on what’s left to complete your training.
